KhelVIP Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

01 General Terms & Introduction

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between KhelVIP and its members. KhelVIP is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

02 Account & Registration

• Each person may only open one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• KhelVIP may request identity verification (KYC) at any time for security purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification is not completed.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be real and belong to you.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

KhelVIP is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from opening an account, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

Proof of age may be required when opening an account. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence is acceptable.

• If an account is opened using a false age, all winnings will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing KhelVIP.
• If there is any suspicion, KhelVIP may temporarily suspend an account for age verification.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

KhelVIP supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. For security reasons, withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses require a certain amount of wagering (typically 5x–30x) before withdrawal is allowed.

• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on KhelVIP:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — the only way to exit is under specific conditions using the Cash Out feature.
• A lost internet connection does not automatically void a bet — the bet recorded on the server is final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KhelVIP reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.

• KhelVIP reserves the right to investigate any unusually large bets or suspicious betting patterns on the same event.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KhelVIP. If detected, the account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit bonus terms
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on KhelVIP to gain an unfair advantage
• Selling or transferring an account to another person

08 Privacy & Data Protection

• The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance — advance notice will be provided wherever possible.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

KhelVIP may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Proof of Underage Status
• At Your Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
